From the very first time you step in the gym, you’ll be shown the correct way to utilize your body weight, stance and control to throw powerful punches and effective kicks by experienced Muay Thai fighters before moving onto the training floor to begin your journey as a Muay Thai exponent. Regardless whether you’re training for fitness or you have a desire to compete one day, City Lee Gars classes will cater for your every need.

Kickboxing Auckland, City Lee Gar Training.

Training schedule is from 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday, starting off with skipping, stretching and then shadow boxing before moving onto the punch/kick pads and bags to perfect your techniques then endurance training then finishing with stretching and warming down. Every Wednesday and Friday evening we have sparring sessions and anyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. Boxing gloves and shin pads are available for use during all training sessions.

All training sessions are under the tutelage of Sifu Grandmaster Phillip Lam.
